Below are steps to troubleshoot your linxCam Rear Vision camera.

Troubleshooting Steps
When viewing video in your portal for a properly operating Rear Vision camera, you should see 3 channels of video. These channels can be streaming simultaneously for cloud video or available as a toggle for streaming video from the device. If you only see 2 channels when there should be 3, please make the following checks.
- Confirm that your linxCam is receiving power by checking for the green light on the device.
- Confirm that the Rear Vision camera/aux cam is Enabled for the correct linxCam.

- Inspect all wire connections. This includes the connection to the linxCam and the connection between the Rear Vision device and the linxCam.
- Inspect all wires for tears or damage.
